“Without good food there would be darkness and chaos.” These are the words of our chef Steven Jacobs offers his guests and visitors an imaginative new menu using imported specialties together with fresh, local organic produce. Some of his favourite ingredients are ; slow tomato confit, rocket salad, wasabi, flame grilled peppers, fleur de sel, Thai basil, Parmesan cheese, ... Jacobs was trained in Europe and has worked in France, Belgium and the USA. He has an excellent international track record of creating and catering for events and exclusive special occasions ranging from ten people to over a thousand. He now also caters for special events at Kings Walden.
